Bad service and even worse coverage
Worst service ever. Paid for 100mbps but only getting 30mbps. I’ve spent over R200 in airtime talking to over 10 consultants, being put on hold, told the matter will be escalated but nothing. No sense of urgency in helping customers and you definitely will not get what you paid for. Just bad service and bad network.

I paid R940 on a the 22nd of June because I was on the 100mbps plan, but have been sitting on 30mbps until now. It’s almost time for me to pay again for this month but I didn’t even get the 100mbps I paid for.
Now you want time to upgrade from my side which means yet ANOTHER R400 from me.

After this whole thing I asked for my rain account to be canceled and was told no problem but today 2/3 months later I wake up to three deductions.
Can I please have my money back and this thing canceled PLEASE
So tired of dealing with this company.
