Bad service and empty promises

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT!!! I used Rain to temporarily provide internet/ wifi while I awaited Mweb installation. The month to month contract seemed like a good idea in the circumstances. However, It is terrible. From The get go I had limited connectivity unless I took the box outside through the window. It worked nowhere else in the house. I paid upfront for the month. When I canceled the contract, the entire connectivity also ended despite me having mote than three weeks left on the contract I paid for!!! Ridiculous. Spare yourselves the trouble. Worst service and really bad connectivity. I would not recommend.
