Bad service and connection

I have been using Rain network close to a year now and I have called more than 5 times to request cancelation and I'm unable to cancel so I kept using their services and I have to call every now and then because I have lost connection and all the time I call my tower seems to bedown and will "automatically " come up after my call but not this time. I have lost connection for 3 days now, used my airtime to call them, first time I called and held for 30 minutes only and a person answered and hang up on me when I call back it was 5 minutes after 8 and they couldn't assist me cos I called after their working hours. Called the second time held till I ran out of airtime. Finally got to speak to some lady who made me wait until she hang up on me then I called again when I spoke to some gentleman man who was a bit helpful but couldn't assist me as they don't know why I don't have connection cos it looks like the tower is up and my rooter is working fine so he told me to give them some time to figure out what's wrong. I asked them how can they make sure I have network while they see what's going on with my account and was told to try alternative services. I they asked him to transfer me to where I can lay a complain and he said he doesn't know where to redirect my call, I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he still refused told me they were all busy so if there are ways for me to cancel my subscription with Rain network I would appreciate it
