Bad service and cancellation

I called on Wednesday Hlalisa answered i wanted to cancel my 4g sim no response, called back today only to find out she did not do the right thing. I want to cancel my 4g now now, still waiting for call recordings requested last month for bad service i got from you guys and its worse ****
