Bad service and business ethics

I was fooled in to thinking the service will get better but it has no cause more times than I can count the internet has been very disappointing just when I thought it was getting better and what’s even worse I am still waiting on Yoalen to appoint some to contact me and it’s a month now since my last review, bad service accompanied by no response at all is disastrous service really and quite pathetic if you ask me
