BAD SERVICE AND BAD TREATMENT

I paid for mnce ny sim card on the 31 August 2021. on the 1st Sept i called rain and report thet my sim card is not working. Busisiwe the agent tried to assist but failed and sid she will escalate the matter and they will contact me. on the 3rd i called and did a follow up as i was never contacted back by rain consultants. I spoke to Mpho gave me another reference no and said the matter was never escalated.

On the 06th I called I spoke to Nkululeko who also referred me to the first reference no and said the second one was not logged. I then asked that to be given my refund because they were failing to resolve the matter. I called today on the 10 th. The matter is not resolved and neither my refund logged. I spoke to Rylan who promised to log my refund. I DONT WANT THIER SERVICES ANYMORE
