Bad service and annoying

I have been calling rain for the past 3 weeks.

Today I had a swap out of the router, my connection still says 'no internet'.

Who ever said called me didn't even say hi when I answered the call and this is a pattern with Rain.

Can my SIM be changed or something. Otherwise I will be leaving rain as a customer
