Bad service. And a scarm

I am fed up with rain payment. When I signed up for rain i knew that it is a month to month contract meaning If I don't pay for the services it obviously means I won't be able to use them. I cancelled my 4g sim card because I was activating 5g sim card now I'm being told that I need to pay for both sim card and whereas even last month I did not even pay for 4g and I made them aware.however, they did not block the services. Now they want me to pay for both sims..

I got a call from Karabo in payments, she hanged up the phone on me while I was still talking to her which is very unprofessional.
