Bad Service again
I upgraded 1 month ago my Rain Router. I was told I would not be double debited. I requested 3 times for an agent to. Call me no one has called today is the 4th time I have requested. I haven't even connected the new one as I first wanted to speak to an agent. This is the 3rd time I received No service. This is terrible. I want it reversed and I will find alternate wifi.
