Bad service

I have now called for 2 days straight the service that I am getting from Rain is on a next level pathetic my internet is slow and each time I call I get told the back end team is working on it they will call me but they can't even give a turn around time the people who answer the phone are so unprofessional and they don't seem to know what they are doing I work from home if my internet is down I can't work so I don't get paid.

If I can recommend anyone it would not be here don't waist your money on a company who doesn't care about you
