Bad service

Their app says I owe money but I’ve paid on the website it shows I owe nothing as I’ve paid now even when I call it’s refusing to let me speak to a person it says I must pay I want to cancel before they wanna charge me for nonsense but they have greyed out the sections and for 3 hours yesterday they were upgrading the app n website I couldn’t cancel yall bore me!!! Even the website says I have 0 to pay n my next payment is 25/11/2023 but everything is still greyed out !!!! I want to cancel this **** before yall try to bill me for a router I’m not using yall can come fetch it I don’t want it!!! I have an existing complaint with you guys that you never did **** about I am done I don’t want it anymore
