Bad service
They have taken so long to resolve my query and I had to keep following up. When they finally delivered my son swap few days late they delivered a 4G and not 5G.

19 Jan 2022, 09:48Well that was put in yesterday I have not received any notification when it will delivered. Last week teh SIM card was supposed to be delivered 3-5 working days which was ending on Friday . I had to fight on Monday to ask but it's now 6 working days this is still not sorted. It's two weeks that I have not had internet and having to spend from my pocket. I'm so angry by the service I have received and the supervisors are just as terrible making empty promises.
