Bad service

Im so so so disgusted in the service from rain. When i first started with them i had amazing speeds and had recommended atleast 15 ppl i know to join them. Now..... Its a whole other story. Last three months i have had under 1 mbps speed and cant even open my emails and yet my money keeps getting taken off every month. When i email to find out the issue i keeo getting asked the same queations over and over and over obv and get treated like a fool and spoken to like a child from a thumba mthonbeni. It dsnt matter how many times i ask to speak to a supervisor i get brushed off or told no supervisors are on duty. He asked again for my info..... I give it.... Then he sends me an email back AGAIN asking the exact same questions over. And you can even see uts copy and pasted cause it has something about a promise if payment i was sapposed to make wich has nothing to do with my account..... Then two min later, the same email but without tje promise to pay in it. All i want is Internet speed to be able to work. Plz plz i hope this helps me
