Bad Service

I canceled my RAIN . I received an email notification, followed up by a phone call informing me that a courier would collect the router in the next few days. I followed up via the customer support .Still nothing. I phoned their call centre help-line! I'm still waiting for the collection. This was arranged the 10th March!!!
