Bad service

2023 May I called Rain call center to cancel my month to month account, I spoke to a consultant that told me my last installment will be 20th May 2023 via debit order, the network was terminated immediately the next day, my monthly installment was R599 but on the 20th May 2023 Rain debited my account with an amount of R616 which was not a problem my account was closed.

A year later May 2024 I get an SMS from the debt collectors telling me I owe Rain R264, I immediately called Rain call center to find out what is this R264 for because I paid them the outstanding amount last year, the consultant told me it was for the month of May 2023. I responded and told her i paid you for the month of May 2023 and I asked her why have they been quiet the whole year of 2023 after a year later they tell me I am owing them. She could not answer my question I then requested to speak to a manager she dropped my call. I called again and got through anther consultant and had to explain the whole story again the consultant then told me there was a billing issue from Rain she can't explain what this R264 is for. She logged a query the their billing team an told me the will contact me, day went by with no phone call from Rain.

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life I will never recommend Rain to anyone BAD SERVICE.
