Bad service
Since the 3rd of Jully I ask for assistance on my wifi until now the 21st of Jully they didn't even bother to assist me, I send numerous emails to them but didn't get any assistance. My mbps run below 1. They are quick to switch off the wifi on the 25th after I set it on the 1st. All I was asking for is assistance to reset my wifi on their side. Maybe too much to ask. They give me no choice to give them one star.

I ask before to change the date to the 1st. Again nobody assist me with that. I don't know why this service is so terrible. No assistance but you cut off my wifi. Please improve your service.
