BAD SERVICE

Good day,I am really disappointed with the service I receive for rain .I receive an sms with a payment link saying I should make payment on the 15th where else I have never paid on the 15th .I initially requested the 25th my payday and my invoice proves that I have been paying on the day .Even with that proof they still tell me to pay or get disconnected. my refences for a call back invain..#***6 and #***8
