Bad service

Rain is literally frustrating me, I've asked them countless times to cancel their bad service and they are not coming to the party. Ive sent emails and none have been responded too, even the review I put here didn't make a difference. Im being billed and threatened with legal action for not paying a service I'm not using and clearly asked for a cancellation. Ive called the call centre with no luck of a consultant answering the phone as well. Ive had a bad experience on both my accounts, no network, no service and continuous billing. Ive added a few of the reference they gave me yet non were followed up on.
