Bad service
I regret the day I took the RAIN router . They do not care for as long as they receive the money. My router have network issues and wheni contact them I spent hours on the line with them providing me with lame excuses that the tower I'm connected to has a problem all the time .
I requested for a simswap since I lost my second sim and I never got any response or a callback .
It is such an inconvenience more especially if you are working from home. The consultants are clueless they provide false information

The router is still not working I didn't get any assistance . What is the way forward now ?
As for the simcard I will wait for Friday the latest and if I don't get it and my network on the router is still not working I'm canceling your service . It is such a huge inconvenience to me.
