Bad service

Bad service, after my several attempts to cancel the 5G from Rain finally got an email saying they will be collecting the 5G, the agent by the name of Malisa didn’t even bother to explain why they took more than 15 days to assist me with the cancellation, let alone explain when will I receive my refund. To date I’ve yet to receive correspondence regarding my refund or wether the cancellation was finalised.
