Bad service

Bad service So I recently got Rain for my place all was well until recently . Their 4G sim card is not working logged a call with the service center. Told me my issue will be escalated. Today it's the 8 of a ne month I got data and minutes I can't use . Yet I paid the monthly fee I can't even call the call center cause sim card is not working I emailed them to no avail. Ref no ***5 im thinking of canceling the whole thing cause im not benefiting. I can't be buying data and airtime when I was promised data and airtime every month.
