Bad service
I Need a MANAGER to call ME!!! In 30 min
If you call the either they don't answer and keep jou on hold for 15min. Or they just don't help you!!
This is getting ridiculous.

This service of rain is up to ****!!! I am going to through these routers in the dumpster if this is not fixed. I spoke to Gene and she said They switched off my network and said I'm in arrears... it is the 21st and i pay on the 25th of every month... call me NOW to fix this or i will get my lawyers involved and i will go to the ombudsman TOMORROW!!!!!! you guys are really not client friendly...
