Bad service

You decided to cut my services, without any notification, tried calling your line 081 number, and line is always busy... your treatment is not fair and one sided, I understand when I rain doesn't have network coverage in my area... but yall couldn't call me nor notify me that you'll be cutting my service's. I need to make payment arrangements for the 28th November
