Bad Service

I stay in Norkem Park about 200m from a Rain Tower, hardly getting any service from it these days. I've logged in messages on the support system but they have never responded to any messages. The 4g that its supposed to revert to in the absence of 5g never works, quite frankly its very poor service, even thinking of cancelling and looking for something more stable because its pointless to pay over R500 every month and get not even half the service of what I pay for. This happens even when there is no loadshedding, we get limited to no service....unacceptable.
