Bad service
Good day
I am experiencing terrible service from Rain. I am sitting here with no network/internet since yesterday. I would like to understand how am i supposed to keep on paying for services that are not rendered.
This is so annoying. I'm extremely enough and upset aboit these people 's service and i have forever being complaining but they just dont change. But expect payment as if they are the best.

26 May 2023, 21:41I have paid my outstanding bill at the end of April and in full. Which was few days outstanding, why am i double billed just by paying few days later??? I really hate your service and if it continues like this i will have to let go of Rain cause this is nothing but an inconvenience to one's life. You aiming on demanding money and fail to meet customers needs. I have paid and don't have any month outstanding and my next payment is due on the first of June which i don't understand why am i cut off services.
