Bad service

I Have been calling rain and no1 is helping me.

I paid and my router has been saying "No internet"for the past 3-4 days.

It says i owe but i paid the money that was due.

I need a reply and confirmation.

I cant work, my business is loosing because you want to take longer to do investigations.

You tell me to reset, reboot and all and yet is not being fixed.

Can Advise when should i expect delivery,
