Bad Service

To whoever it may concern and/or possibly help... As frustrated as i am can I atleast get someone from you guys to call me so we can talk. Ive been requesting for a call for almost two days now without no luck and I've been without network or coverage for the three previous month as much as im fully debited. And honestly I feel its so unfair to me to be paying for a service thats actually not working for me atleast for the previous month's yet i pay fully so. Being submitting tickets after tickets but with no luck even now im still waiting for a reply or call. If y'all can't help atleast let me go and spend my mere monthly money on an active service provider who would care for their customers.
