Bad service

I have been a client for more than 3 years now. My wifi has been down since yesterday and I tried sending them emails, my emails came back as undelivered because their mailbox is full. I submitted a ticket through the app yesterday and still haven't received any feedback. Totally unacceptable.. I'm working from home and cannot do anything!
