Bad service

So rain on the 6th of august i paid the unlimited price for the router that was R470 fine. Internet was working one day and not so good as expected as they said its 5g and its covered in my area ..

Sent multiple of emails called agents promising to call back service so bad customer service

Now my router is switched off wich i have never used and that was reported no body got back to me with regards my complaint poor customer service when you wanto router they call immediately. When you already a customer they dont care. I regret and i need my money back i am working so hard to just give rain my Money without them servicing me and its not like i didnt communicate but they chose to ignore
