BAD SERVICE

BAD service, I am currently paying for something that worked 2 days and now I am being told that it's my device. tested the sim card in 4 devices and none of them work. there is no one you can phone and they only work on online chatting. The consultants just leave chat if they are unable to further assist. VERY VERY Frustrating.
