Bad service

I logged this in my previous review but you guys refuse to acknowledge it I got my 5G product this week and I'm disappointed I got a ZTE 5G router form.the minute instarted to ues it there is problems not with the network the 5G is amazing but the router is faulty it would go off and on for no reason at all and it makes my power trip I notice this is not a barnd new router as well because i opened the box i saw the router has like black ink marks on it can you guys please exchange it for a Hawaii 5G router or OPPO 5G router as I'm not happy with this ZTE router please sort this out urgently I am using the service for my studies thank you if rain don't wanna assist then what's the point of me paying
