Bad Service

Yet again, nothing good to say. For four weeks now we have been tryyto port my number out. Most of the times Rain doesn’t even send a OTP to confirm porting out my number and the other times they do, the OTP is not valid at all. We have phoned almost every day, with little to no help. I am very disappointed that I joined Rain, it was the biggest mistake ever.
