Bad service

I have called Rain and sent messages on their website regarding poor signal as I am on 5G package and I requested that if they may assist me with outdoor antenna or signal booster, I followed their instruction like reboot the router, change position but my 5G is 1/2 bar or no network at all, last time I spoke to one of the agents she told me that she is escalating my issue but till today nothing at all.
