Bad Service

Good day,

I have sent a request on the 03/05/2020, 05/05/2020, 07/05/2020 and then again today regarding how payment will be made each month.

We purchased the 19/04/2020 and paid the R479 for the unlimited package. We were then adv that we need to pay again on the 12/05/2020 ? And then when I check my dash board, my next billing is the 01/06/2020.

How is this possible ? This is supposed to be a month-to-month contract ?

Up to date, I have had no response from their customer care department!!!
