Bad service

I have not had wifi since Friday morning it's Monday money and it's still the same I called your support system several times and only was called back oYour organization's data cannot be pasted here.nce on Saturday about the update and Sunday I had to call back you normally say we need to give you 48 hour turn around time and still nothing is working what's frustrating id that when you bill me you will bill me the whole amount when I had four days without wifi very 😒 dissatisfied with the service from rain it's sad because I never even got to do my assignments the whole three days on my weekend off because of you incompetence I hope not to be billed the full amount that I pay as I stayed 4 days without wifi and I'm going on 5 as we speak.
