Bad service

I lost my phone with both rain SIM cards, I called to request for sim swop for both SIM cards, it took the a whole month to perform a sim swop and when they deliver the SIM card they only deliver 1 SIM card instead of two, I need to ease another time and my airtime to call and request for sim swop and it will again take another month for me to get the SIM card
