Bad Service

I called Rain, and was Thandazwa who was very rude and not very assisting, her knowledge of the product which was very verge and would not even mention the level of unprofessionalism her of, apparently my payment date was always 25th who change it i don't know and was told rudely that do i always have money on my account on the 1st, and don't even want the 1st to be my payment date, my services have been disconnected and told i owe and off which I paid on 25th ,

she is so unprofessional, and rude at the same time, telephone manners out of this world, instead she was so defensive i asked if they have SLA on these , issues they said no, ill just have to wait.

im so cancelling my services the level of disrespect from a service provider i cannot tolerate.
