Bad service

I been using Rain since August 27 2025 October I didn't use the service at all December 2025 Rain told me I owe them 1750 I made a promise to pay 106 since the 6 of December I been paying my promise to pay since the 6 of December faithfully today Rain tells me I owe them 2 028 how come they charge us for a service we never used even please don't sign up with Rain it will be your worst mistake thank you
