bad service

i called rain today to reistate my subscription they are taking me from pillar to post, wherelse when i cancelled i had problems with connection at home and on the app it said it will be cancelled at the end of September now it was cancelled on the 31st of august and they did not call me about the cacellation. Before i used to get call the matter would be resolved. i am very disaapointed its been 3 years with them but the service it getting worse
