Bad service
Bad service I’ve been getting double deductions from June from lodged a complaint in August still getting double deductions this month I refused to pay twice my services have been closed I spoke to a guy called Katlego he put me on hold for 20 minutes, Sifiso assisted my services were opened by now they closed again the reason why I took this it’s because I work from home how m I supposed to work if you suspend my service I wanna cancel I am done and won’t recommend to anyone

20 Oct 2022, 19:11No ways I changed the date because I was tired of double deductions so I thought it would be better but still doesn’t make sense for me to pay then 3 days later I must pay again my account last month wasn’t in arrears, if I am going to experience this every month I ask my services to be canceled then my dealings with rain will be over because clearly can’t be paying twice every month
