Bad service
I am using rain and I was happy with them until today. I told my daughter to go to Rain. She registered today but for a simple reason rain can not confirm her address. Therefore Rain will not activate the sim.They already dedicated the the money but they do not activate the sim card. She works online from hom and now she would not be able to do her work. This is a mobile network and why cant they activate it. She did send the proof of address . I need this to be sorted asap. I had only good things to say about Rain. Not anymore Not even the call centre was able to assist.

She did log a ticket yesterday but nothing happened
Al this because you don't accept her address.
The payment was made so you needs to activate her internet.
She work online from home and now she must explain to her boss what is wrong. She must run around and sort out **** over an simple address that you do not expect. She send you two proof of residence and bouth was not expected. This is bull****. I phoned the call center last night and they promised me they will phone her and sort this . They did nothing.
