bad service

I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from rain, my account is up to date and I make sure I keep it that but to my surprise they have decided to disconnect my service it's now day 3 without the internet and I tried to communicate with them ,calling them, they are taking me from pillar to post nothing is happening.
