Bad service

I cancelled rain 4 months ago, it's very difficult to get through their lines I even used their chat bot try and cancel, sent them multiple messages I still did not get help i have stopped using their Wi-Fi and changed to another network since then it's not even plugged to my suprise they now say i owe them R2500 that means they have been charging me for the service that I am not using.
