Bad service
I made payment to rain,I have network but no internet access,I kee calling rain and non of the consultants are helping me,they keep saying they will call me back but they never do and it’s been days,iv spent so much airtime trying to call them but they are just not helping me

06 Mar 2021, 10:17Rain has the worst customer service Iv ever seen,iv had a problem for a week now,I even went as far as asking for management but my problem is still not resolved..do not use rain because when there are problems they can not help you and they don’t even have offices you can walk in to.very very terrible service
