Bad Service

If there was a rating for a -5 star for Rain I would.

Rain (internet service) has very bad service. I received a new route on Monday and the router never worked when it arrived. I then called to escalate the issue and they promised to get a new router delivered and that it would work fine. New router came on Friday and router still doesn't work. I called to escalate the issue but still nothing. I have 20 reference numbers but not even 1 has been attended to.

So it really really is frustrating and I hope they could do better because I would never recommend this to any of my family members or friends.
