Bad service,

Bad service,. My router hasn't been connected since last week Friday on the 31st of May. I tried calling, was told it's a temporary interruption, promised to fix the issue ASAP. Now, a week later, I'm still experiencing the same issue yet my payment was taken in full. This is unacceptable and now I've been calling and they are busy transferring my calls and they are not answered!
