Bad service

This is the second review I am writing about Rain WiFi,I have been their client for the last 2 years and never had a problem until now with the network coverage,this problem started in December last year 2023,I have sent tickets on the app and no one has gotten back to me. They receive their payment every month on time but I still have a problem with the network coverage every single day. After I wrote the first review I was called by a consultant who said they will call me back and they never did. I really am not happy at the moment,because I'm paying for something but I'm having problems which I shouldn't. I hope someone gets back to me very quickly.
