Bad service

As far as my understanding of month to month goes is that if you don't pay for a service you won't be charged however rain is continuously charging me for services that I haven't used over the last 2 months I couldn't use the rain services and decided not to pay for it as it has become a waste of my time now I get a debit order from rain for services I never received... absolutely disgusting how you can't provide services and immediate response but want to debit clients even though it's a month to month service you have taken away the options we had to choose when we want to use the service.
