Bad service

I am based in sandton central and the rain network is horrible 5g 70mb line can’t even stream on one device and use another one at the same time. Connection goes off for a few minutes regularly. support page only has self help links and when you call support it you are basically waiting for line to drop before they answer. Can someone from rain please contact me to cancel this **** service.
