Bad Service

I dont know how you are working with your courier Ram,had arranged with you to deliver my simcard yesterday and spend the whole day waiting for messages only to receive them after hours,now today I had to waiti again for the delivery until I lost count of time as I have other things to do.now your telling me that you can only deliver my simcard on monday,sometimes we need to do bussiness with your services but you people you don't value your customers time you think I have to wait the whole 2 days waiting for that simcard. Maybe I should have just cancelled the order and order somewhere .
